Design Process and Revisions

Our skilled craftsmen and designers rely on the brief you provide. To ensure we meet your expectations, please share as much detailed information as possible. The more precise your brief, the better we can bring your vision to life.

  • Unlimited Free Revisions on Digital Draft You are entitled to unlimited revisions on the digital draft we share with you. Once you approve the digital draft, no further changes can be made. However, if necessary, you may contact our customer support team with your requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate any adjustments based on the situation.
  • Ownership of Design You retain full ownership of any designs or logos you provide us. If our designer creates a logo, patch, trademark, or design for you, the final product will still belong to you. Patches Maker UK is not the owner of the patches or any designs shared with us by the client.
  • Intellectual Property ResponsibilityIt is essential that the designs you submit do not belong to another company or violate copyright laws. If it is discovered that the design is not original or infringes on another company’s intellectual property, Patches Maker UK reserves the right to take legal action against the client.
Shipping and Duty Charges

We do process international orders, and in such cases, the buyer is solely responsible for the shipping charges and any applicable duty fees. Please be aware of your country's customs regulations to avoid any unexpected costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Patches Maker UK, we believe in being approachable and flexible with our clients. To ensure smooth and transparent transactions, we have established a clear and fair order cancellation policy that allows clients to manage their orders with confidence.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will be subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation within 24–72 hours: Orders canceled after the initial 24-hour period but within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Post-Dispatch or Production Cancellations: Once the parcel has been dispatched or the order is already in production, cancellations cannot be processed, and no refund will be issued.
Why This Policy Exists

Our order cancellation policy helps maintain the integrity and efficiency of our production process. We respect the hard work and dedication of our designers and craftsmen, and we’ve put these measures in place to prevent sudden cancellations that affect their valuable time and resources. Additionally, customized orders require significant effort and specialized materials, which are often specific to the client's request. As such, these orders cannot be reused for other clients.

Customized Orders

Due to the unique nature of custom patches, customized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started. This is because the design, materials, and time involved are tailored specifically for the client, and it is not feasible to repurpose such items. We encourage all clients to carefully review their order details before confirming a customized request.
